As I was just enjoying the last piece of leftovers, I was wondering how easy it was to put together this delicious fruity dessert. There is a something romantic about strawberries dipped in chocolate. It could be that color red and chocolate are both symbols of romance or it could be just that sweet strawberries are so perfect with indulgent chocolate that they seem to be in love themselves!. Not only do they make a low calorie dessert (about 70 calories a piece!) but they also makes a great snack. While strawberries are in season, this is one thing no one should miss.You need:

It is Valentine’s day and hearts are in the air . I got heart shaped balloons for my son and did a heart flower project for my husband. To top it I just made a batch of sugar kissed Valentine hearts for my loved ones. These cookies are not too sweet, eggless and are perfect with tea or coffee. Candy Cane White Chocolate Fudge
Today I made this festive peppermint fudge for my friends and family. The original recipe called for Vanilla chocolate chips but I made it with white chocolate chips to get the oh-so yummy peppermint-chocolate taste. As I am writing, I already ate couple of pieces and I am struggling hard to not to grab another one!

Almond Butter Cookies (Eggless)

A very close family friend taught me how to make the basic eggless cookies and I am very fond of those. These cookies come out little crumbly and are not overly sweet. I had been thinking of replacing the unsalted butter (called in the original recipe) with the almond butter to add nutty flavor and goodness of almonds. I finally gave it a try last weekend.
