Banana Walnut Oatmeal Muffins
Banana and Oatmeal are my two go to ingredients when I want to make a healthy snack, breakfast or dessert. While both of them are low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium, they are also a good source of Dietary Fiber and they are made for each other!
Preheat oven to 400.
Grease a muffin pan or use muffin liners .
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and soda.
In another bowl stir together vanilla, oats and yogurt, stirring in banana, oil, walnuts and chocolate chips .
Stir mixture into flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Put in muffin pans and bake for 20- 25 minute until done.
